Community Health Seminars

Community Health Seminars
For Healthy Heart Month, HealthReach is running a number of Public Information Seminars on how to maintain a healthy heart and how to reduce the risks of stroke and heart disease.

Individuals can learn how to make lifestyle choices that reduce the risk of disease and they will also learn how to make changes to their diet and exercise regimes simply and effectively.
The seminars are delivered by qualified Nutritionists who are on hand to answer queries and questions that participants may have.

Each seminar uses superb graphics to simplify complex biological and physiological concepts and understandings. This allows viewers to grasp otherwise difficult concepts. With this new understanding change is easier to implement and to become part of everyday healthy living.

For more information or if your community group would like us to run a Seminar,  please contact HealthReach on 01 8600444
