Workplace Health Challenge

The HealthReach workplace challenge is a twelve week programme designed to engage staff in and an educational programme where practical exercises are designed to enhance the overall health of participants through adopting and exercising healthier lifestyle choices.
The overall aim of the programme is to create an active health conscious community within the work place. By leveraging on group participation, overall outcomes are significantly increased.
A healthy body is achieved by firstly knowing what a healthy body is. The HealthReach challenge provides all of the information and the tools required to reignite and reinforce the knowledge and understanding necessary to promote good health.
Health outcomes are measured using a number of key health indicators such as body mass composition, cholesterol and general activity levels. All of the measurements are taken at the start of the challenge and again at the end. With the support of our team of Nutritionists a range of health promotional initiatives are put in place and communicated through group and individual mini seminars and one on one consultations.
