Professional Driver Health Programme

The HealthReach Professional Driver Health Programme is aimed to improve the health and wellbeing of the Professional Driver. This is done using easy to access material specifically designed for professional drivers. The course consists of a series of Driver Health Minutes (DHMs) – short online courses and quizzes that can be completed by the Driver without being burdensome.

The DHMs will increase professional driver’s awareness of health issues, educate them about the steps they can take to improve their health, and reduce health risks that Professional Drivers are prone to.

Drivers are encouraged to participate in the programme by completing short quizzes at the end of each topic. This course can be combined with any charitable or exercise activity that the company may already engage with or wish to do so.
